Return Policy

At Packaging Path, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@packagingpath.com
  2. Label products clearly with the RMA number.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship items to the address provided by our support team.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

  • 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective items.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with product photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or special-order items
  • Opened or used packaging materials
  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
  • After processing, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • Custom or sale items cannot be canceled.
